CursorSwitcher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

You may use CursorSwitcher for its intended purpose: moving your cursor between windows on macOS. You may install it on any Mac you control.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent permitted by law. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app without written permission.

CursorSwitcher, including its name, logo, and software, is owned by its authors and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are provided at our discretion and may modify or remove functionality.

CursorSwitcher is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of CursorSwitcher are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using CursorSwitcher and delete it from your Mac at any time. We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
